Return Policy

1. How do I Make a Return/Exchange?

Easy: e-mail us at and let us know your order number. We will then provide instructions and a return address to ship your setback.

Kindly Reminder: All items must be returned in their original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualifications for an exchange/refund.

Note: we highly recommend shipping your set via a trackable shipping option, which can greatly expedite the process.

2. What is the Return/Refund Period?

We will provide the return/refund period within (20) days of the date that you receive your products if your returned items are in their original condition.

3. Do I Have to Pay for the Shipping of My Return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you send your return with a tracking option because Our Company will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "Return, No Duties" on the package; otherwise, the package may be returned to you.

Customer will pay shipping $35 for order wrong size, color, or dislike.


4. May I Return My Order Without Contacting You?

No. You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may differ from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

 Please note: 

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for any return/ exchange / or canceling the order.

Return for Exchange

We will provide an exchange after receiving, inspecting, and confirming the returned item. Exchanged product will be shipped to you within 3 working days.

Return for Refund

A refund will be provided to the original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information to process the refund. Some financial institutions can process the refund for up to 3 business days. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us.

Besides, if you don't want the item and want a refund, please contact us within 20 days after receiving it.
