Returnable if You're Not Satisfied

We guarantee that you can return or exchange our loc extensions within 30 business days after receiving the goods if you are not satisfied.

1. All items must be returned in their original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

2. All returned items will be inspected to determine if you qualify for an exchange/refund.

3. We recommend using a trackable shipping option because our company will not be responsible for lost returns.

4. Be kindly understand that we will charge 30% as restock fee for any return.

5. Please contact us before sending your return, as the return address may differ from the address your order was originally shipped from. Refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

6. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom products.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
